Zweites Album der verwegenen Band aus Buenos Aires: Drei Frauen + Bassist spielen kantigen, postwavigen Noiserock mit spanischen Girlvocals. Das klingt mutig und wild, manisch und frisch. Ihr Ansatz ist transfeministisch und politisch, als Teil der lateinamerikanischen Queer-Szene überzeugen sie mit kühn-experimentellem Sound und fokussierter Eigenständigkeit. Der schlierige Noiseteppich, der die meisten Songs prägt, stammt allerdings nicht von einer Stromgitarre, sondern dem extrem krachigen elektrifizierten Cello von Violeta Garcia, was im Ergebnis doch deutlich an Jon Spencer erinnert. Referenzen gehen aber nicht nur in Richtung Blues Explosion, dank harscher Heaviness auch an Rage Against The Machine („Subiduki“), Le Tigre, Hole, L7 und Chicks On Speed. Auch die Vocals sind roh und wütend, teils zucken auch eckige Electronics auf, über die dann derbe Noise-Riffs gelegt werden. Angemessen roh produziert, live und ohne Overdubs aufgenommen, ist schnell klar: Diese Latino-Diven sind richtig hart und destruktiv drauf, ihre radikale Mischung aus Noise, No-Wave, Riotgirl und Metal ist nichts für sensible Seelen.
