Seit zirka 15 Jahren aktives Trio aus Brighton UK, die nach einer CD vorwiegend 4-Track EP's via Bandcamp veröffentlichten. Auf dem Vinyl (Klappcover) finden sich nun die 11 besten Tracks ihrer Karriere, auf der Digipak CD total dann 17 Tracks. Anfangs noch mit Gebläse, da erinnern sie mich teilweise an die Scientists, später dann bluesiger und swampiger. Gitarrist Tobias erweist sich als ausgefuchster Meister des zündenden Riffs und singt zudem mit sehr intensiver Stimme. Dazu knüpfen Bass und Schlagwerk durchaus inventive Rhythmusteppiche. Exzellentes Songwriting lässt mich wundern, warum diese Band so lange im Verborgenen gewerkelt hat. Noch dazu hat mir ein erst vor Wochen erlebter mitreissender Live-Gig noch einmal bestätigt, alles richtig gemacht zu haben.
