Und dafür holte sich die 74-jährige britische Musikerin und Schauspielerin hochkarätige Unterstützung: Komponist, Multiinstrumentalist und Bad-Seeds-Mitglied Warren Ellis ist einmal mehr ihr musikalischer Partner auf »She Walks In Beauty«. Außerdem gibt es Gastbeiträge von Nick Cave, Brian Eno sowie Cellist Vincent Ségal. Die Produktion übernahm der Produzent Head.

Das Ergebnis ihrer Zusammenarbeit ist ein besonderes Album, das Mariannes Liebe zur Musik mit ihrer Liebe zur Poesie verbindet.
