Night Moves - Double Life
Rezension
Sonically, Double Life picks up where Can You Really Find Me (2019) and the post-pandemic The Redaction EP (2022) left off with a new sonic clarity and punch displacing the hazy retro psychedelia of their earlier releases. After commencing sessions with Daniel Tashian (Kacey Musgraves, Real Estate), the album came to life when the band completed recordings on their own and then decamped to LA to finish off the album with producer and musician Jarvis Taveniere (Woods, Purple Mountains, Waxahatchee) and the result is an album that feels like their tour de force.
